Our dishes are skillfully crafted by culinary artists following the techniques and spirit of Japanese cuisine, deeply rooted in the land and seasons. In addition to Japanese cuisine, we offer a wide range of world cuisines.

Situated between the Sea of Japan and the Seto Inland Sea, and blessed with a montane interior, Hyogo Prefecture enjoys the bounty of its ideal geography. Discover what makes its produce and its seafood so unique and fresh.
“Kobe beef" refers to a designation given to a specific type of wagyu beef that meets registered criteria set by Kobe Beef Marketing & Distribution Promotion Association. It comes from a particular breed of Japanese wagyu beef - Tajima-gyu, a strain of wagyu cattle that meets strict standards to earn the title of Kobe beef.
Custom kaiseki
We designed a new form of kaiseki so guests can satisfy their cravings. Choose from around 60 menu items spanning Japanese and Western cuisine. For those who are unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine, we also offer chef-recommended courses.
Breakfast
Enjoy a fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine using Hyogo's local ingredients. If you choose the room-service breakfast plan, you can enjoy either a classic Japanese or Western breakfast, at your leisure.
Restaurants
Within the establishment, you'll find restaurants specializing in a variety of cuisines – Kei for Japanese cuisine, Gin for kushiage, Ren for Chinese cuisine, and Waraku for comfort dishes.
As they are expected to be busy, we recommend choosing a plan with meals included when you stay.
Barbecue
Enjoy a specially crafted menu by the chef at the barbecue terrace Hoshifuru Oka (Starfall Hill) under the stars, with a view of Arima by night. (Limited to July and August)
