Custom Kaiseki
We designed a new form of kaiseki so guests can satisfying their cravings. Choose from around 60 menu items spanning Japanese and Western cuisine. For those who are unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine, we also offer chef-recommended courses.

Enjoy a fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine using Hyogo's local ingredients. If you choose the room-service breakfast plan, you can enjoy either a classic Japanese or Western breakfast, at your leisure.
